My Journey into Cybersecurity

My fascination with cybersecurity began during my freshman year when I witnessed a ransomware attack on a local business. Seeing how devastating cyber threats could be to real people and organizations sparked my determination to become part of the solution.

What started as curiosity evolved into passion as I dove deep into network security, AI applications in cybersecurity, and research on Software-Defined Networking. Through hands-on projects, hackathons, and research opportunities, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of both offensive and defensive security strategies.

Today, I'm not just focused on technical excellence. I'm committed to making cybersecurity more accessible and diverse. Through my leadership roles and community involvement, I work to create pathways for underrepresented students to enter and thrive in the cybersecurity field.
